AIT Deputy Director
Applauds Taiwan’s Teen Diplomatic Envoys

🔹Over a decade ago, Taiwan captured my heart with its food, welcoming communities, and natural beauty—Maolin District in Kaohsiung is still my favorite. Now, I help U.S. and international companies navigate Taiwan’s market, tackling challenges like hiring, legal entities, and work permits.
My mission is simple: to help others succeed and discover the opportunities Taiwan offers.
🙌 Trent Jackson, International Service Manager at Grant Thornton Taiwan, lives in Taipei with his Taiwanese wife and two children.
🔹At my first public event as AIT Deputy Director, I joined Foreign Minister Lin Chia-lung and Deputy Minister of Education Chang Liao Wan-chien to celebrate 18 Teen Diplomatic Envoys. These young leaders will represent Taiwan in cultural exchanges across the U.S., sharing their stories and building global connections.
To the envoys: Be curious, bold, and confident. Safe travels and congratulations! 🎉
