Discover the Flavors of Taiwan: CLO Cooking Class Recap
On September 23, members of the AIT community came together for a hands-on cooking class to explore the rich culinary traditions of Taiwanese cuisine. Participants learned to craft xiaolongbao (ๅฐ็ฑ ๅ ), shake up their own bubble milk tea, and prepare hearty bowls of braised beef noodle soup with seasonal greens.
The event provided a fun and interactive experience, allowing attendees to connect with one another while mastering some of Taiwanโs most iconic dishes.
Thank you to everyone who joined this memorable outing!
