AIT Students at TAS Shine in Dazzling Theater Performances
This past weekend’s performances of Legally Blonde: The Musical at Taipei American School were absolutely dynamite. A big group of AIT and local students as well as TAS faculty and staff brought this production to life - it was inspired work from a talented cast and dancers, incredible pit orchestra, crew, designers, and teachers.
Their teamwork, creativity, and dedication shone in every scene, reminding us that confidence, kindness, and determination can light up any stage. Bravo to everyone who made this production happen. What a show to remember!
AIT Impact & Updates
Strengthening U.S.-Taiwan Cultural Collaboration at Weiwuying
🔹Last week, AIT Director Raymond F. Greene raised a glass of Japanese sake with Secretary General Pan Men-an in celebration of the warm and enduring friendship between U.S. and Taiwan and our shared unwavering support for Japan.
🔹AIT Deputy Director Karin Lang visited the National Performing Arts Center-Weiwuying and met with General Director Maestro Chien to discuss ongoing collaboration between U.S. artists and Weiwuying. DDIR praised the center’s world-class venues and highlighted its role in elevating Taiwan’s performing arts on the international stage.
