AIT Director Celebrates Lunar New Year with President Lai
🔹AIT Director Raymond Greene joined President Lai Ching-te at the Official Residence for a lunar new year celebration, continuing the tradition of holiday visits between the United States and Taiwan. The two leaders discussed deepening cooperation on commerce, innovation, and security. Director Greene reaffirmed the commitment to the U.S.-Taiwan partnership as both look forward to the year of the horse.
🔹AIT Director Raymond Greene conveyed best wishes to Japanese Representative Kazuyuki Katayama for His Majesty the Emperor's Birthday and congratulated him on Japan's parliamentary election outcome. Director Greene expressed anticipation for deeper U.S.-Japan-Taiwan coordination under Prime Minister Takaichi's leadership to support regional stability and shared prosperity.
